One day in Colorado a coworker exclaimed: "You're going to crash on the ice!" after one particularly nasty morning commute and I replied (because I had enough data by then) that I crashed on the ice an average of once a day. You eventually just learn to fall an not get hurt. Just make sure you stop crashing once the snow and ice is gone. It hurts a lot more.Chainringhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07646119297937166114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3943563221520693631.post-50359140444712536862014-01-20T09:26:15.996-05:002014-01-20T09:26:15.996-05:00That blows my mind that it even becomes a skill. I'm impressed that you do it regularly!DerrickPhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09034165897877375002noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3943563221520693631.post-88453448686403016802014-01-19T22:24:14.455-05:002014-01-19T22:24:14.455-05:00Wow, welcome to my world. Now you know what it'...Wow, welcome to my world. Now you know what it's like to ride on snow with 30-50 mph winds coming off Lake Superior. It must be a learned skill because it doesn't seem that hard to do anymore. Luckily it's colder up here most of the time so we don't get the really wet snow that builds up in the fenders. Although one day last week the wheels were barely turning without a ton of effort for the last mile or so. Good times!Doughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09090802854306112252noreply@blogger.com
